At The UNDONE, we provide a streamlined return process for all full-priced items within 14 days of delivery to ensure your wardrobe staples are a perfect fit. Please ensure all garments are returned in their original condition with all designer tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Request a Return

  Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original shipping box and include the printed return authorization form inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then firmly attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange has been processed.
